1. Shipping Area

We currently offer free shipping for orders delivered to mainland Spain.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must check availability, cost and estimated delivery time before confirming the order.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for mainland Spain is 2 to 3 business days from confirmation of the order and payment.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Techlink Wholesale SL, such as logistics incidents, public holidays, carrier delays or force majeure events.

3. Order Preparation

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and provided that the product is available in stock.

In the event of lack of stock, inventory error or any issue with the product, Techlink Wholesale SL will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund of the amount paid or an available alternative.

4. Shipping Cost

For mainland Spain, shipping will be free unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page or during the checkout process.

For other destinations, the shipping cost will be confirmed before finalising the order.

5. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, correct and up-to-date delivery address.

Techlink Wholesale SL shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information, or by the absence of the recipient at the address provided.

6. Receipt of the Order

At the time of delivery, the customer must check the external condition of the package.

If the packaging shows visible damage, impacts, tears or signs of tampering, it is recommended to record the incident with the carrier and notify Techlink Wholesale SL as soon as possible.

7. Transport Incidents

In the event of delay, loss, damage during transport or any incident related to delivery, the customer may contact Techlink Wholesale SL so that we can review the case with the transport company.
